Warranty 2025
We warrant that our products are fit for their intended use and are free of manufacturing defects. "Defects" are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that inhibit the furniture's intended use. If you encounter an issue with a product within the warranty period, please contact us to open an RMA number. After analyzing the defect, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the defective component. We will cover all related expenses, including shipping. The customer is responsible for installing the provided component(s).

The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly, negligence, abuse, weather-related damages, misuse, or normal weathering effects on teak, such as turning silvery grey or checking.
Custom Products:
Furniture: We provide all CAD, engineering designs, and samples for custom orders prior to mass production. These products cannot be returned or replaced unless the defect is from manufacturing.
Cushions: Custom cushions cannot be returned unless the defect is from production.
Accessories: Accessories, including umbrellas and covers, carry a one-year warranty.
Commercial Warranty: Our commercial-grade furniture carries a 3-year warranty, while non-commercial grade furniture has a 1-year warranty. Please browse for products that are explicitly stated as commercial grade. All custom designs for commercial customers have a one-year warranty.
Checking: Checking is a normal phenomenon that occurs on wood at the end of the grain due to expansion and contraction. Small cracks may appear at the ends of the wood but do not affect the product's integrity.
