Shipping fee:
Lets face it! There is no such thing as fee shipping. Either sellers charge shipping fee or you add to the product and pretend its free shipping.
Rather than keeping shipping fee concealed and adding to the product cost, we prefer to disclose it so customers can make informed decision. Also we find it not fair for our local customers who pick items from warehouse to pay concealed shipping fee.
Our shipping cost is very reasonable specially when heavy freight up to 700 lbs are shipped to home delivery with liftgate.
Shipping is free for all orders over $6000.

Safe and secure shipping:
Due to weight and size, most of our items do not qualify for small package FedEx or UPS home deliveries. So we ship most our items palatized which is safer and reach your safe.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO LARGE SINGLE FURNITURE ITEM– ** We may quote you with additional charge if your purchase is limited to the largest table available on the website only without any chairs, that said, not a set but just any large table or sofa. Thus any single item can be charged according to the packaging size that lies only on the pallet.

During busy seasons, retail freights leave our warehouse within 3 - 4 business days and delivered 5 to 7 days after shipped. Custom orders takes longer to ship. Once shipped we will share tracking number with you. Freight companies will contact you to schedule delivery. At this time you have option to select a day of your choice from Monday through Friday to accept delivery. Shipping company can hold freight up to 5 days at their terminal.
If you can not accept delivery during next couple of weeks please let us know so we ship your furniture according to time. 
We work with top trucking companies including ARC, FedEx Freight, Forward Air, Estes  to transport our furniture.

It is highly unlikely that the freight will get any damage. Still in case of unlikely event if you find any damage to the box etc., please make a note on delivery Bill of lading carried by delivery person, and keep copy of signed copy.  You will have 48 hours to report concealed damage. In case you fail to report damage in written to the delivery person, you will be responsible for filing the claim with the freight company. Back Orders for Teak Patio furniture:

We always try to keep our inventory high, but some items are sold faster than we anticipated. We do not cut short our manufacture process to complete orders. We will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you prefer to keep your order active we will notify you as soon as the product comes in. In most of the cases wait time is not more than 60 to 75 days. Please note that for administrative reasons we cannot hold goods without partial payment of 50%.

Sale Taxes on Teak Patio furniture:
Sale tax is collected to items shipped to state of California at the rate of your local taxes.

Teak furniture Order Cancellation policy:
Please cancel the order within 48 hours or before the freight has been shipped. Once shipped order can still be canceled but shipping charges will apply.

Commercial and Wholesale orders:
We offer an attractive discount for commercial projects, architect designers. Please contact us at for detail. For wholesale Container orders please place your order at-least 3 months prior to delivery dates with 30% deposit and rest upon providing copy of Bill of lading.

Returns

We are committed to meet your satisfaction, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture in the original packaging without an attempt of assembly within 30 days of receipt. We will be glad to arrange for the shipping arrangement if you so desire. It is your responsibility to return the furniture to our warehouse in good re-salable condition. The assembled furniture or any returns due to a change made by the customer will be handled by McGill Teak patio furniture on an individual basis. Cushions:

There is no- return policy on the cushions or custom orders. Once sold we do not take them back. We appreciate that you make your decisions based on swatches of the colors and fabric before ordering or having custom manufacturing. Once ordered for manufacturing you have only five working days to cancel, change the order or change in design. After that you will have to accept the cushions as they are approved by you before.
