
Shipping Information
During busy seasons, retail freights leave our warehouse within 3 - 4 business days and are delivered 5 to 7 days after being shipped. Custom orders take longer to ship. Once shipped, we will share the tracking number with you. Freight companies will contact you to schedule delivery. At this time, you have the option to select a day of your choice from Monday through Friday to accept delivery. The shipping company can hold freight for up to 5 days at their terminal.
If you can't accept delivery during the next couple of weeks, please let us know so we can ship your furniture according to your timeline.
We work with top trucking companies including ARC, FedEx Freight, Forward Air, and Estes to transport our furniture.
It is highly unlikely that the freight will get any damage. Still, in the unlikely event that you find any damage to the box, please make a note on the delivery Bill of Lading carried by the delivery person and keep a copy of the signed document. You will have 48 hours to report concealed damage. If you fail to report damage in writing to the delivery person, you will be responsible for filing the claim with the freight company.

Shipping free:
Shipping is free for all orders, except cushions bought without furniture.
Discounts can't be combined or applied to shipping.
Safe and secure shipping:
Due to weight and size, most of our items do not qualify for small package FedEx or UPS home deliveries. So we ship most of our items palletized, which is safer and ensures they reach you safely.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO LARGE SINGLE FURNITURE ITEM– ** We may quote you an additional charge if your purchase is limited to the largest table available on the website without any chairs—that is, not a set but just any large table or sofa. Thus, any single item can be charged according to the packaging size that lies only on the pallet.
Back Orders for Teak Patio furniture:
We always try to keep our inventory high, but some items are sold faster than we anticipate. We do not cut short our manufacturing process to complete orders. We will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you prefer to keep your order active, we will notify you as soon as the product comes in. In most cases, the wait time is not more than 60 to 75 days. Please note that for administrative reasons, we cannot hold goods without a partial payment of 50%.
Sales & Cancellation Policy:
Sales Taxes on Teak Patio furniture:
Sales tax is collected on items shipped to the state of California at the rate of your local taxes.
Teak furniture Order Cancellation policy:
Please cancel the order within 48 hours or before the freight has been shipped. Once shipped, the order can still be canceled, but shipping charges will apply.
Cancellation of assembled furniture for local customers should be cancelled before they are notified that the assembly is starting. Already assembled items will be charged a 10% restocking fee before delivery.
White-Glove Delivery:
For local areas, we offer white glove delivery, which includes assembly on-site or in the warehouse prior to delivery (local and adjacent counties). Delivery quotes are provided upon details of the shipping address and other delivery details.
Commercial and Wholesale orders:
We offer an attractive discount for commercial projects, architect designers. Please contact us at for detail. We serve wholesale customers across USA and Europe; if you want to order on the container basis please feel free to open a dialogue by calling us at (408) 964 8888 or writing to us. For wholesale Container orders please place your order at-least 3 months prior to delivery dates with 30% deposit and rest upon providing copy of Bill of lading.
Returns:
We are committed to your satisfaction, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture in the original packaging without an attempt at assembly within 30 days of receipt. We will be glad to arrange for the shipping if you so desire. It is your responsibility to return the furniture to our warehouse in good, re-salable condition. The assembled furniture or any returns due to a change made by the customer will be handled by McGill Teak patio furniture on an individual basis. Cushions:
There is a no-return policy on cushions or custom orders. Once sold, we do not take them back. We appreciate that you make your decisions based on swatches of the colors and fabric before ordering or having custom manufacturing. Once ordered for manufacturing, you have only five working days to cancel, change the order, or change the design. After that, you will have to accept the cushions as they were approved by you before.
