ADDITIONAL SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO LARGE SINGLE FURNITURE ITEM– ** We may quote you with additional charge if your purchase is limited to the largest table available on the website only without any chairs, that said, not a set but just any large table or sofa. Thus any single item can be charged according to the packaging size that lies only on the pallet. The reason is very clear–the shipping becomes more risky when there is one item as compared to the big set that covers the whole pallet on which it is wrapped. We do not hike prices of our furniture to add the cost of shipping. We encourage you to purchase more to avoid the extra shipping charge. Free shipping if you are purchasing more than two items. This is important for the safe and damage free furniture.

During busy seasons, retail freights leave our warehouse within 7-8 business days and larger commercial orders, dispatched within 9 days. We use specialty carriers those are experienced in transporting furniture across the Continent of North America. The furniture comes well tied and shrink wrapped on pallets. Usual transit time is 9 to 12 business days across the continent and is curb side deliveries. Expedited delivery is available with an up-charge.
We work with top trucking companies including FedEx Freight, Convey transportation, Yellow Trucking, Old Dominion, UPS Freight to transport our furniture.
For all residential deliveries please wait for the shipping company to call you to schedule delivery. They do not deliver without prior scheduling it.
It is highly unlikely that the freight will get any damage. Still in case of unlikely event if you find any damage to the box etc please make a note on delivery Bill of lading carried by delivery person, and call us at 1-888-588-5515.
You will have 48 hours to report concealed damage. In case you fail to report damage in written to the delivery person, you will be responsible for filing the claim with the freight company. Please Email us atcustomerCare@mcgillteak.com for more information or just call 1-888-588-5515.
Back Orders for Teak Patio furniture:
We always try to keep our inventory high, but some items are sold faster than we anticipated. We do not cut short our manufacture process to complete orders. We will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you prefer to keep your order active we will notify you as soon as the product comes in. In most of the cases wait time is not more than 60 to 75 days. Please note that for administrative reasons we cannot hold goods without partial payment of 50%.
Sale Taxes on Teak Patio furniture:
Only California residents pay 8.75% sales taxes.
Teak furniture Order Cancellation policy:
Any cancellations of order after the date of shipment are subject to all shipping charges. Even though it says free shipping, shipping in case of cancellation is calculated as 10% of the invoice. Assembled orders if cancelled are subject to 5% restocking fee.

For wholesale Container orders please place your order at-least 3 months prior to delivery dates with 30% deposit and rest upon providing copy of Bill of lading.
Returns:
We are committed to meet your satisfaction, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture in the original packaging without an attempt of assembly within 30 days of receipt. We will be glad to arrange for the shipping arrangement if you so desire. It is your responsibility to return the furniture to our warehouse in good re-salable condition. The assembled furniture or any returns due to a change made by the customer will be handled by McGill Teak patio furniture on an individual basis.
Cushions:
There is no- return policy on the cushions. Once sold we do not take them back. Applies to both instock and custom cushoins. We appreciate that you make your decisions based on swatches of the colors and fabric before ordering or having custom manufacturing. Once ordered for manufacturing you have only five working days to cancel, change the order or change in design. After that you will have to accept the cushions as they are approved by you before.

Stock cushions are shipped free if shipped with furniture.
Custom/ or instock cushions subject to 10% shipping charge for dining chair, 20% for steamer and lounger chairs and 30% for the Deep seating chairs.
