We are proud of our superior quality teak and we sell with full confidence that you will never have a complain about it. Every piece of teak furniture from McGill Teak® comes with Lifetime warranty*.

McGill Teak fully warrants our original buyer/purchaser, that McGill Teak furniture and its components are free of any defects in material and workmanship. If by any chance you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective components or give you refund or store credit depending upon the situation.

All the warranties are not transferable and if you purchased our product from our dealer please contact the dealer directly if you so require. Please note that the warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase: a receipt or an invoice. 

McGill Teak is not liable in any event you may encounter incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.Nor does not warranty cover damages caused by the effects of improper assembly, weather related occurrences, negligence, misuse, and unauthorized repair attempts. This warranty is limited to retail customers only.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by: 

• Assembled improperly, or broken a part during assembly
• Any kind of modification/s after purchase.
• Any intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear which includes weathering and checking
• Weather related damage and natural calamities.

Our furniture is also sold through third party vendors: This stated warranty covers furniture sold directly from McGillTeak website or at our two outlets in San Francisco bay area. If you bought your furniture from third party, please contact them in case of an issue. We do not warranty and are in any way responsible for any personal damages or injuries caused by the use or breakage of furniture.

WARRANTY ON HARDWARE: 

• Three years of warranty on Brass
• Five years of warranty on Steel.

McGillTeak® will make the final decision as to which method is used to repair or replace the defective component. In most likely event we will do one of the following:
Send replacement part or hardware.
Replace with new item.
Arrange for repairs

We are very confident that you will like McGill Teak furniture, but for any reason, if you desire to exchange or return the furniture, please contact us at (408) 964 8888 or just write at customerservice@mcgillteak.com Once we receive the furniture we will inspect it and refund your purchase price less shipping cost if no defects are found. Remember even though if furniture is sold as “Free shipping" there is still shipping cost involved in the price tag. The shipping cost is 14% of total sale price. All return items should be in brand new re-sellable condition, without any attempt to assemble.
