Warranty for Teak furniture purchased directly from McGill Teak: Every piece of McGill Teak® product comes with 1 Year limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by the effects of improper assembly, weather related occurrences, negligence, misuse, and unauthorized repair attempts. This warranty is limited to retail customers only.

Our furniture is also sold through third part vendors: This stated warranty covers furniture sold directly from McGillTeak website or at our two outlets in San Francisco bay area. If you bought your furniture from third party, please contact them in case of an issue. We do not warranty and are in any way responsible for any personal damages or injuries caused by the use or breakage of furniture.

McGillTeak® will make the final decision as to which method is used to repair or replace the defective component. In most likely event we will do one of the following:
Send replacement part or hardware.
Replace with new item.
Arrange for repairs

We are very confident that you will like McGill Teak furniture, but for any reason, if you desire to exchange or return the furniture, please contact us at (408) 964 8888 or just write at customerservice@mcgillteak.com Once we receive the furniture we will inspect it and refund your purchase price less shipping cost if no defects are found. Remember even though if furniture is sold as “Free shipping" there is still shipping cost involved in the price tag. The shipping cost is 14% of total sale price. All return items should be in brand new resellable condition, without any attempt to assemble.
