McGill provides custom made Sunbrella Steamer Cushions that provides excellent fade and rot resistance. Zipped for easy washing at 40°C with an option of smart piped edges. We carry hundreds of colors to choose from and are custom made to fit your style. Sharp edges with velting keeps the cushions edges sharp over a long time.

One of the best ways to keep Sunbrella fabrics looking good and to delay deep or vigorous cleaning is to properly maintain the fabrics. This can be accomplished by simply brushing off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, wiping up spills as soon as they occur or spot cleaning soon after stains occur. Wash with a mild soap and lukewarm water solution. Rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry.

All Steamer cushions are stuffed with 2 inches of high density foam, wrapped around 1 inches of dacron sheet making the cushion more comfy and shape making cushions stay firm and in shape for long time to come. The result is to create a perfect no hassle, wrinkle free cushion of two inches thick.

All our Teak Patio furniture has natural finish with no applicable Teak oil or any stain. All pieces of furniture listed on our site are made of solid Grade "A" kiln-dried, plantation grown Indonesian teak wood. Entire line of Teak Patio furniture includes, though not limited to, Teak Dining sets, Teak chairs, Teak tables, Teak Benches, Teak Chase Loungers, Teak steamers are manufactured at our own facility in Central Java. Teak timber is purchased directly from Indonesian forest authority and is kiln dried to moisture levels of 16% prior to crafting.

We utilize both the modern wood working tools and traditional carpentry techniques to make beautiful pieces of furniture. All joints are made using traditional tenon and mortise joinery, and are reinforced using teak dowels.

Each piece of furniture is sanded initially using modern machines and later hand sanded to give the smoothest finish. Most of our chairs do not have any nail or screws, we call it 100% metal free; Wherever, it’s impossible to go without hardware, for instant, with Teak Loungers, Teak Steamers, we use only marine grade solid brass or stainless steel hardware.
