Entire frame of this teak bench is made without inducing any joint and without the use of any nail or screw. 100% metal free bench. All our Teak Patio furniture has natural finish with no applicable Teak oil or any stain. We also present to our customers the genuine Teak oil to keep their furniture new as always and Teak Protector to maintain a honey due color of your furniture. All pieces of furniture listed on our site are made of solid Grade "A" kiln-dried, plantation grown Indonesian teak wood. Entire line of Teak Patio furniture whether it's  Teak Dining sets, Teak chairs, Teak tables, Teak Benches, Teak Chaise Loungers, Teak steamers and more, all are manufactured at our very own facility in Central Java. Teak timber is purchased directly from Indonesian forest authority and is kiln dried to moisture levels of 16% prior to crafting.

We utilize both the modern wood working tools and traditional carpentry techniques to make beautiful pieces of furniture. All joints are made using traditional tenon and mortise joinery, and are reinforced using teak dowels.

Each piece of furniture is initially sanded using the modern machines and later hand sanded to give the smoothest and perfect finish. Most of our chairs do not have any nail or screws, thus we call it 100% metal free. And wherever, it’s impossible to go without hardware, for instant, with Teak Loungers, Teak Steamers, we use only marine grade solid brass or stainless steel hardware.
